Aliaj Gostar Hamoun

 Aliaj Gostar Hamoun Company (HALYCO) was established in July 2013, employing the valuable experiences of a number of economic enterprises' managers and experts in the foundry and steel industry, in accordance with the operation license No. 22946 of Isfahan Industries and Mines Department on a land with an area of 120,000 square meters. The processes of manufacturing and installing equipment, including the main furnace, were completed in two years allowing the plant to become operational.

The company was established as the fifth active factory in the field of ferrosilicon production in Iran by activating domestic resources and aiming to take a step towards self-sufficiency in ferroalloy industries and the development of industries based on raw materials. Since then, HALYCO has successfully increased its financial capital every year, and has added to its Human resources with the employment of specialized personnel (employing more than one hundred experts, technicians and workers in the region). By investing in infrastructure and launching new production lines of ferrosilicon magnesium (2016), Cord Wires (2015) and various inoculant powders (2015), HALYCO has managed to stabilize its position in the country's market by diversifying its products.
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Since 2018, the company has stabilized its position in exporting markets and now more than 25% of the company's products have found their place in foreign markets, including Turkey, Iraq, Oman, Emirate, Pakistan, Italy, Czech Republic and France.
 

Since 2020, the company has entered in to the development phase to become the leading exporter of a ferroalloy in IRAN ; In this way, while annually increasing capital, accelerating the process of capital accumulation and training of technical personnel, it has developed its production capabilities by creating a multi-product plant, incorporating a 12,000 to  furnace. Also, considering the economic needs assessment in the market of various Cord Wire products - which are environmental-friendly and greatly increases the company's export facilities - purchased machinery, and constructed facilities in order to boost its Cord Wire production capacity to 3 thousand tons per year.
